You may bring your camera with the understanding that you may be asked to leave it in your car should the policy not allow you to bring it in. If you do, your entire party will be asked to leave without refund.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Don\u2019t fight with other patrons.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Don\u2019t make other patrons feel unsafe.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Don\u2019t rest your beverages over or on the railing of the second or third floors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/article><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"wp-block-tbc-accordion-item\"><article class=\"tbc-accordion-item-heading\"><h3>Will you have the game on?<\/h3><\/article><article class=\"tbc-accordion-item-content\">\n<p>No. We are a live music venue, not a sports bar.<\/p>\n<\/article><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"wp-block-tbc-accordion-item\"><article class=\"tbc-accordion-item-heading\"><h3>Do you have screens showing the stage performance?<\/h3><\/article><article class=\"tbc-accordion-item-content\">\n<p>While we want our customers to watch the live performance, we do have video monitors showing the performance throughout the venue where it\u2019s not possible to see the stage.<\/p>\n<\/article><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"wp-block-tbc-accordion-item\"><article class=\"tbc-accordion-item-heading\"><h3>How can I avoid ticket fees?<\/h3><\/article><article class=\"tbc-accordion-item-content\">\n<p>You can buy tickets without fees by purchasing them at the box office. The box office is open from 11 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday, as well as during show performances.<\/p>\n<\/article><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"wp-block-tbc-accordion-item\"><article class=\"tbc-accordion-item-heading\"><h3>I can\u2019t make it \/ I got sick \/ I had to work \/ I\u2019m out of town. Can I get a refund?<\/h3><\/article><article class=\"tbc-accordion-item-content\">\n<p>All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges unless a show is cancelled or postponed via the venue or band and you are unable to make the new date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the event of a refund, refunds are issued in the manner in which you purchased. If you purchased via credit card, the refund will be credited back to the card.<\/p>\n<\/article><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"wp-block-tbc-accordion-item\"><article class=\"tbc-accordion-item-heading\"><h3>How can I meet the band?<\/h3><\/article><article class=\"tbc-accordion-item-content\">\n<p>Only shows with a Meet &amp; Greet ticket for sale have a scheduled time for fans to meet the band. If we don\u2019t have this as an option for sale, it is unlikely you will have a chance to meet them.<\/p>\n<\/article><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"wp-block-tbc-accordion-item\"><article class=\"tbc-accordion-item-heading\"><h3>Music Box needs to support my charity. Who do I speak with?<\/h3><\/article><article class=\"tbc-accordion-item-content\">\n<p>Venue management reviews all charity requests, and tries to fulfill them. Please contact the production manager and arrange for the return of items.
